Shortcake is still waiting for her magical adopters to walk through the door. I had a lovely walk with her yesterday--she is happy to meet any dog, any human, and her 'sit' is getting much better. Then I took her back to Water4dogs, where she had a delightful group swim with my dog Faith, and the pool mascot, Jinjer.
Shortcake was left at the doggy daycare for boarding a couple of YEARS ago, and her owners never came back. She would be an ideal dog for a triathlete. She's a fantastic runner and swimmer, and I bet if you hitched her to your bike, you would come in first.
