I love working in Hell's Kitchen more and more every day. So close to the Hudson I can almost taste it...and now: I meet Susie, who is apparently the company mascot for United City Dry Ice and Cubes, just down the block from my office. Susie was riding shotgun with her owner. She loves to be petted...but she was anxious to get on the road to deliver some ice, man...
